The Tacoma Astronomical Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering an interest in and understanding of astronomy in our region. TAS hosts activities for people of all ages and knowledge. Anyone is welcome to attend our general meetings and public nights. Please see the General Meetings and Public Nights pages for details.

We have an active student group for preschool through high school age students, and TAS members perform numerous outreach events for local schools and organizations.
